Itinerary
- I'll pick you up at your accommodation
- We will travel to Banjul
- First we stop at Arch 22, we will go up and you will have a view off whole Banjul
- Then we will go to National Museum where we spend 45 minutes. Here you will learn about the history of the Gambia
- We will continue to Albert's Market. Walking and shopping at an African market can be difficult if you are alone and don't know how to negotiate the price. I'll help you with that
- Once you will finish your shopping, we will go back and I'll drop you off at your accommodation

Tanji fishing village
Tanji is the famous fishing village which lies on the shores of Atlantic ocean. We will visit the beach where you can meet local fishermen and admire colourful boats. You will also see how the fish are prepared and visit the smoke house.

Lamin lodge
Lamin lodge is a place with a restaurant, where you can start a guided boat trip through the bolongs (creeks) of the Gambia river on traditional boats. You will see how the shells of the oysters, collected by the local women in the mangrove forest, are processed into lime for making cement and white paint. During a nice boat trip on the river you will visit an authentic village hidden in the forest where you can see the way of life of the Gambians.

Bakau Tour
(Kachikally Crocodile pool and museum, Calypso Beach and visit Local School)
Kachically is a unique popular tourist site that lies in the heart of Bakau, It has been a household for over 40 years for the different types of crocodiles. We will also visit calypso beach and visit a local school.
Tour duration: half day
Itinerary
- We will go to Kachically where we start in the museum of ethnography where you can learn a lot about different tribes, traditions and the way of life of the Gambian people
- Then we will take a mini forest nature walk leading to the big silk tree locally called “bantango”
- Then we will go to the crocodile pool where you can see live crocodiles. If you are brave enough, you can touch the crocodiles and take a photo with them. Don't be afraid, the crocodiles don't bite
- Visit of Calypso Beach, one off the most beautiful beaches of the Gambia
- Visit of local school
- We will go back to your accommodation

Safari in Senegal
Join me for a trip to and trough Fathala Wildlife Reserve in Senegal. Spot wild animals at their home up close. You can also have a lifetime experience of walking with lions.
The game reserve spans 2,000 hectares of protected natural forest, located in the north of Senegal near the Gambia border.
This is a cross country tour. First we will travel by ferry to Barra and then we will cross borders to Senegal.

Itinerary
- I'll pick you up at your accommodation
- We will go to Banjul where we will take the ferry to Barra
- Then we will continue to Amdallai in an open Jeep where we will cross borders to Senegal
- We will spend time in Fathala Wildlife Reserve, a guide of the reserve will show you around
- If you want, you can take a walk with the lions (the walk with lions is paid separately)
- We will have a proper lunch at the reserve
- Once you have enjoyed the animals, we will go back to your accommodation

Kunta Kinteh (the Roots tour)
You can learn about more then 300 years of slave trade history at this UNESCO place. We will visit not only Fort James but also also villages Juffureh and Albreda. The two villages Alex Hoiley talked about in his best selling book Roots.
There are two ways how you can do this tour, Either by car or by boat.

Itinerary (by car)
- I'll pick you up at your accommodation
- We will go to Banjul and cross the river by ferry to Barra
- From there we will continue by car to the villages Juffureh and Albreda
- We will take a boat which will take us to the Kunta Kinteh Island
- You will have enough time to enjoy the and explore the place
- We will go back to the mainland (Albreda), by car to Barra, cross the river to Banjul and back to your accommodation

- We will go to Denton Bridge
- From here we will sail to Kunta Kinteh Island
- We will also visit Juffureh and Albreda
- The boat will take us back to Denton Bridge
